M1 Search Group was founded by Danny Aldana, a U.S. Navy Veteran Operations Specialist 2nd Class (SW/AW) who carries with him the discipline and dedication of military service. Serving and completing 2 deployments onboard USS Nimitz CVN-68 during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Danny led critical missions and earned commendations from the Rear Admiral, Commander of Carrier Strike Group 11 for exemplary service. At M1 Search Group, we integrate the values honed from Navy service to guide our leadership and operations, ensuring the highest quality in recruitment services.
