We work on a contingency basis — you only pay if we successfully place a candidate. For executive and leadership searches, we operate on a retained model to ensure full alignment and dedicated search focus. All fees are agreed upfront as a percentage of first-year compensation.

Every placement is covered by our 60-day guarantee. If it doesn't work out, we run a replacement search at no additional cost.
Do you support contract roles?
Yes, we can support you on contract or contract-to-hire when needed, but we're built for long-term placements.
